About Dr. Elizabeth

When I became a mother, I began ferociously pursuing new options for the care of my family and myself. My great passion is relaying this by bringing healing, alternative choices of healthcare for all age groups as well as exposing people to natural information, techniques, modalities, and products that address the root cause of their issues while avoiding added toxin overload. I know that no single approach is right one for each individual and, because of this, I am trained in a wide range of techniques including gentle Chiropractic spinal and extremity adjustments, applied kinesiology, exercise instruction/rehabilitation, craniosacral therapy, functional medicine, functional and clinical nutrition, emotional release techniques and stress management strategization.

In regards to my functional medicine practice, my primary approach dives heavily into analyzing toxicity levels and imbalance in the body and how different irritants, toxins, and pathogens are altering tissue health as a root cause. After an in-depth review of an individual’s health history, environment, stress levels, sleep patterns, exposures, and relationships, my primary modality for analysis is muscle testing. With this form of testing, I am analyzing nervous system reflexes to potential irritants, toxins, and pathogens as well as organ system involvement. Based upon individual assessment findings, a customized protocol is created with recommendations for specific dietary additions/avoidances, nutritional products, stress management & emotional release techniques, body movement, lifestyle modification, adjunct modalities to enhance success, and referrals to certain wellness partner practitioners.
